Chocolate Box of Real Estate + Wine ( + Chocolate) = Fabulous Living...

Sacramento Region's Wineries
One of the Best Reasons for Living in Northern California

Chocolate Box of Real Estate + Wine ( + Chocolate) = Fabulous Living...
Now that's the kind of math formula I can do... is it Algebra by Chance?

Not everyone can say that they are going to go to Villa Toscana for lunch - and then be back in time for work in downtown Sacramento... One of the best things about living in Sacramento is our proximity to the fantastic wine producing areas such as Amador County, El Dorado County, San Joaquin County, Placer County and even Napa and Sonoma Counties are only an hour drive away!

If you'd like to do a tour on a weekend, there are wonderful places to stay all over the area.  Bed & Breakfast destinations abound and restaurants featuring local food and wines are springing up all over the valley's and the foothills too.  The Regions new Gold Rush may just not be golden at all but rather, deep, rich and wine-colored.

When I lived in Pasadena, one of the things I missed was the proximity to this gorgeous viticultural nature and beauty.  I loved having the flexibility to just 'pop over' and do an afternoon of wine tasting!  It just isn't the same thing to go to a wine room in a town and sit and sip a flight...

If this life-style is appealing to you too, if you enjoy arts and food and beautiful surroundings but don't know where you'd like to move to, consider us!  It really is where most of us have worked a life-time to be able to live.  It is Napa, Italy, San Francisco and 'Hometown, USA' all rolled into one!

I've been a Realtor since 1986 and know my way around 'the block!'  If you are looking for a good Realtor to learn more about Sacramento and beyond - please contact me at nbudilo@golyon.com   You can also begin your inquiry on my web site  www.NBudilo@golyon.com    In the meantime, here is a map of wineries for you to dream about visiting.  October and November are 'Harvest Season' and it is also a fantastic time to invest in Real Estate!  Salut!
